Concrete work in North Vancouver
We’re a North Shore outfit, so this is home turf. North Van lots come with their own problems — grade, drainage, and a lot of homes old enough that whatever’s under the existing slab is a surprise until you break it out. Twenty years up here means we’ve usually seen it before.
The work ranges from a full sunken-pool build to a driveway that finally sheds water the right way. High-end or straightforward, it starts the same way: we come look at what you’ve actually got.
What we build here
- Architectural & board-formed concrete — pool houses, board-formed walls, polished floors, exterior counters.
- Driveways — floating slabs and aprons built for North Shore grade and freeze-thaw.
- Patios & pool decks — sunken pools, hot tub surrounds, thermally-modified decking.
- Stairs, walkways & retaining walls — grade-heavy North Van lots need retaining done properly. Also: salvaging spalled front steps.
- Home renovations — bathrooms, kitchens, whole-home. Same standard as the concrete.
North Vancouver projects
Capilano — We integrated the pool house and mechanical room into one sleek, minimalist unit, added an outdoor shower, and ran thermally-treated decking around it. The kind of job where the mechanical room isn’t hidden — it’s part of the design.
Lonsdale — Replaced an old, damaged concrete pathway at the home’s entrance with a clean, modern architectural approach. First thing you see, so it had to be right.
Edgemont — Concrete architecture around a sunken pool. Grade, water, and a finish that had to hold up to all of it.
